Manage territory sales of wine and spirits: build relationships with buyers, negotiate contracts, host tastings/events, provide education, coordinate ordering/shipping and billing, meet sales goals, and travel as needed.

Manage inside and occasional field sales for wine distribution: prospect and close sales, take orders, build relationships with key decision-makers, deliver wine education and events, coordinate with Customer Service and Accounting, meet sales goals, and maintain required administrative and safety procedures.

Manage inventory planning, forecasting, and procurement to meet stock and service targets. Maintain planning inputs (lead times, service levels, targets), recommend reorder adjustments, and collaborate with Brand, Logistics, and Operations to align forecasts with brand strategy and ensure efficient inventory movement. Provide data support for brand strategy and complete special projects as assigned.

Develop and execute territory sales and marketing plans to maximize wine and spirits distribution. Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers, negotiate local agreements, host tastings and educational events, coordinate with internal teams on billing and orders, track sales performance, and meet agreed-upon goals. Frequent travel and physical tasks required.

Generate invoices, process payments and cash application, manage collections and aging reports, reconcile AR to GL, resolve billing disputes, assess customer credit, and coordinate bad-debt mitigation with agencies or legal.

Manage and supervise office administration and reception, maintain supplies and facilities, handle mail and customer issues, produce weekly sales and KPI reports, support sales leadership with meeting and event planning, process sample orders, and coordinate local supplier and educational events.

Frequent travel within the territory and event hosting required.

Serve as HR Business Partner for assigned territories, advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, labor laws, union matters, recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS data integrity, benefits communication, compliance (I-9, OSHA, EEOC), and HR projects. Facilitate investigations, support managers, and run employee recognition and training programs in a hybrid work environment (three days in-office).
