Lead and supervise the accounting team and daily accounting functions (AP, payroll, cash management). Own month-end close, maintain GL and balance sheet integrity, oversee reconciliations, support revenue analysis, treasury, audits, and tax compliance. Drive process and technology improvements, ensure US GAAP compliance, liaise with auditors and tax teams, and educate business leaders on financial impacts.

Partner with the COO and executive team to translate strategy into execution by owning operating cadence, KPI/OKR systems, cross-functional initiative delivery, business cases, project plans, change management, SOPs/governance, and executive reporting to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

Owner of quality across interconnected C#/.NET platforms: write and maintain NUnit tests, validate WCF/SOAP and REST endpoints, verify desktop behaviors (WPF/MVVM), test SignalR messaging, build integration tests (partner APIs), author Azure Pipelines YAML and VSTest steps, triage production defects, and document SOPs and runbooks to maintain regression safety.
