Maintain the systems roadmap, document outcomes, and communicate technical designs to marketing leadership. Collaborate with Salesforce teams and use Salesforce Flows, Apex, and SQL to deliver scalable solutions.

Own approximately 10 emerging-market client accounts while managing and coaching 3–4 Client Success Managers. Drive renewals, revenue growth, retention, escalations, client satisfaction, reporting, and account health analysis. Partner with the VP of Client Success on segment strategy, team development, process improvement, automation, and cross-functional initiatives. Maintain CRM and reporting accuracy while fostering a high-performance, collaborative team.

Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure successful delivery and long-term value; coordinate cross-functional teams, execute account plans and business reviews, resolve service issues end-to-end, maintain CRM data hygiene, drive retention and expansion, support engagement marketing initiatives, and proactively identify and prevent client problems.

Own Lantern’s identity control plane, including lifecycle automation, Entra ID, federation, Conditional Access, phishing-resistant MFA, privileged access, secrets, workload identities, and identity-as-code. Establish Zero Trust, RBAC/ABAC, JIT access, verification standards, and separation of duties for regulated healthcare systems handling PHI. Serve as the technical authority, partnering with cloud, service delivery, HR, and GRC teams while reporting to the CISO.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance data pipelines, ingestion, transformation, and data export solutions. Implement data quality, testing, and monitoring, collaborate with product and stakeholders to build analytical data models, support production jobs, perform PoCs, and contribute to roadmap, standards, and documentation.

Lead commercial planning and compensation for Sales, Client Success, and Partnerships. Own annual planning cycle, design and administer incentive plans, maintain commission accuracy, build long-term financial models, create Board/executive materials, and partner with Commercial leadership and Finance to translate growth strategy into operational plans.
