Lead enterprise IT infrastructure and operations for a growing health system—oversee networks, servers, telecom, EHR and integrations, disaster recovery, budgets, vendor contracts, IT team development, and Tier 3 escalation support while ensuring HIPAA compliance and alignment with clinical operations.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical, behavioral health, allied health, and corporate roles. Source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers; build talent pipelines, maintain ATS records and recruiting metrics; partner with hiring managers and ensure compliance with hiring regulations.

Lead design, build, and operation of multi-agent AI and agentic automation for clinical and business use; architect RAG, vector stores, LLM orchestration and integrations; manage enterprise hybrid infrastructure (Azure, on-prem NVIDIA, networking, identity, virtualization) ensuring HIPAA-compliant, secure, and reliable platforms. Partner with data engineering and clinical teams and drive R&D and IaC automation.

Provide administrative HR support for onboarding, personnel records, compliance tracking, employee inquiries, and office duties. Maintain confidential files, prepare HR documentation, assist with orientation and trainings, support employee engagement events, and help with audits and special HR projects on an as-needed (PRN) basis.
