Leads learning and development across a hotel portfolio by designing and delivering training curricula, onboarding programs, service standards, and train-the-trainer initiatives. Partners with property leaders on hotel openings, rebrands, and operational changes; assesses competencies, identifies skill gaps, evaluates training effectiveness, and reports performance metrics. Requires multi-site program management and travel to U.S. hotel locations.

Manages daily on-site HR operations for a resort, including recruiting coordination, onboarding, offboarding, employee support, HR records, benefits and HRIS assistance, training logistics, engagement initiatives, compliance documentation, and safety reporting. Serves as the first HR contact for employees and leaders, escalating complex employee relations matters to the Director of People & Culture. Also supports staffing, scheduling, seasonal housing, communications, and operational projects.

Generates group, corporate, leisure, and special-event business to maximize resort revenue and profitability. The role manages client relationships, prospects new accounts, negotiates contracts, conducts sales presentations and site inspections, develops sales strategies, monitors forecasts and revenue performance, and coordinates with revenue management, catering, marketing, front office, and operations. It also maintains CRM records, prepares proposals and reports, supports client satisfaction, and mentors junior sales staff.

Lead business development to secure group, corporate, leisure, and event business for a resort. Build client relationships, conduct site tours, prepare proposals and contracts, negotiate rates, maintain sales pipeline and forecasts, collaborate with operations and revenue management, track bookings and reports, and represent the property at events and trade shows to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
