Manage all associates and operations within an assigned division, own P&L and sales budgets, coordinate sales and marketing activities, support Independent Operators, reduce OOS, ensure DC compliance, and oversee staffing, training and performance.

Drive sales growth across an assigned territory by building relationships with store managers, district managers, and company drivers; prospect and secure new business; execute merchandising, promotions, and store visits; manage route and truck inventory, safety, and paperwork; communicate regularly with management and support operational goals.
