Provides legal support to residential, community-based residential, and family foster care programs. Advises executive and senior leadership, quality improvement teams, social workers, and caseworkers on program-related legal matters. Requires collaboration, legal analysis, issue identification, independent work, and deadline management across the organization’s New York locations.

Designs and delivers professional development, compliance, onboarding, and skills-based training through in-person, virtual, and asynchronous formats. Serves as a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and Safe Crisis Management instructor, maintains certifications, evaluates training effectiveness, monitors compliance, and reports learning requirements. Partners with HR and program leaders to identify development needs, support mentoring, facilitate team-building and wellness activities, and strengthen staff capability across agency locations.

Provides executive and operational support to the Vice President of Human Resources and Learning, including scheduling, communications, procurement, budgeting, records management, confidential legal and insurance files, employee events, committee meetings, documentation, and project follow-up. Requires strong organizational, communication, discretion, compliance, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced HR environment.
