Assists with multifamily community management, including leasing, resident relations, rent and deposit postings, payroll administration, purchase orders, maintenance coordination, traffic tracking, and report preparation. Supervises onsite personnel when the Community Manager is absent, supports employee training, attends meetings, makes bank deposits, and helps maintain resident retention. The role requires consistent attendance, weekend availability as needed, and compliance with Fair Housing Laws.

Supports overall multifamily community management through leasing, resident relations, rent and deposit accounting, payroll administration, traffic tracking, purchase orders, maintenance coordination, inspections, and reporting. Shows properties, prepares lease documents, processes credit reports, supports resident retention, and supervises on-site personnel when the Community Manager is absent. May make bank deposits, train employees, supervise pool attendants, and work weekends as needed.
