Senior craft recruiter responsible for full-cycle high-volume hiring of construction trades (welders, pipefitters, electricians, etc.). Build pipelines, source active/passive candidates, manage offers and onboarding, train hiring managers, and ensure compliance with HR laws and craft management practices. Travel frequently and support multi-site projects.

Develop and maintain detailed Primavera P6 project schedules, support look-ahead planning and recovery scenarios, perform 4D sequencing and clash detection in Navisworks, create/modify AutoCAD construction drawings, conduct 3D lift/crane studies, coordinate engineering/fabrication/field inputs, and translate models and schedules into executable field plans to support project managers and superintendents on heavy industrial construction projects.

Provide administrative support to project teams: purchase small components, issue and track purchase orders, maintain Excel tracking, evaluate vendor quotes, coordinate material movement, communicate with vendors and trucking companies, run Stru-Mis reports and create management data reports, complete waivers/liens, and maintain schedules and deadlines.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6, perform look-ahead planning and schedule impact analysis, create 4D sequencing and clash detection in Navisworks, produce AutoCAD support drawings, perform 3D lift/crane studies, coordinate with engineering/fabrication/field teams, and translate digital schedules/models into executable field plans to support project managers and superintendents.

Support project management by reviewing drawings and 3D BIM models, coordinating detailing and fabrication, managing RFIs and document flow, liaising between shop/field/subcontractors, monitoring schedules, and assisting with training and selection of engineering/detailing staff. Requires travel to meetings, fabrication facilities and job sites.

Drive regional revenue and profitability by developing and executing sales and market strategies, building customer relationships, identifying new markets, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets. Work closely with Director/GM, use CRM and office software, present to stakeholders, and travel up to 50% within the territory.

Lead the project controls team to create and maintain schedules, forecast labor, manage resource planning, ensure compliance with contractual project control requirements, support troubled-project recovery, audit earned vs. burn, sign off on proposal schedules over $5M, and coordinate with estimating, project management, and corporate leadership.

Manage technical information flow between project team, customers, and vendors. Review design drawings and 3D BIM models, coordinate detailing, RFIs, submittals, shop fabrication releases, and document control. Liaise between shop, field, detailers, subcontractors and design team; assist scheduling, training, and project coordination. Travel to meetings, fabrication facilities, and job sites.

Lead revenue generation and profitability through strategic sales and market initiatives. Develop and execute market and sales strategies, build customer relationships, identify new markets, and support VP of Sales. Travel at least 50% within the territory to meet clients and achieve sales targets.

Provide senior-level technical support to sales by designing modular data center solutions, producing bid tabs and technical documents, leading customer presentations, overseeing project implementation, coordinating with engineering/product/operations, and mentoring junior engineers.
