Develop Fortune 500 relationships, close six- and seven-figure deals, build executive-level ROI cases, navigate procurement and legal processes, and coordinate internal teams. Partner with company leadership to shape and scale the enterprise go-to-market strategy across industrial, logistics, and manufacturing customers.

Deploy and support robotics software in live warehouse environments. Responsibilities include configuring containerized services, cloud infrastructure, networking, certificates, monitoring, and edge devices; troubleshooting robot, API, database, and infrastructure issues; managing production incidents and go-lives; and improving system uptime, throughput, and reliability. The role requires extensive customer-site travel, off-hours availability, and strong ownership in high-pressure environments.

Lead the consolidation of fragmented robotics services into a unified, scalable production platform. Establish architecture, version control, CI/CD, testing, OTA updates, observability, reliability practices, and customer-system integrations. Own production uptime and incident response while mentoring engineers, defining engineering standards, and eventually leading the software team.
