Performs general ledger reconciliations, supports budget process, prepares sales tax reconciliations, assists year-end audit, analyzes prepaid accounts and prepares journal entries, and supports accounting manager, controller, and CFO on routine and special projects.

Ensure accurate, timely payroll processing for all employees; manage federal and state payroll tax compliance; use payroll systems to process pay, handle pay increases and new-hire paperwork; maintain records, resolve discrepancies, and protect confidential information to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Process and review vendor vouchers, prepare and input checks, handle payments, assist with audits and EOM accruals, maintain petty cash and A/P records, and respond to vendor inquiries.
