Lead engineering strategy and implementation for advanced aerospace manufacturing (machining, CNC, welding, assembly). Oversee tooling, machine programming, process controls, ERP/data systems, and cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical goals while supporting business development and standardization across sites.

Support quality across design, development, testing, qualification, and production for aerospace/defense projects. Execute quality plans and inspections (including AS9102 First Articles), prepare Technical Data Packages, review purchase orders, generate/resolve CARs and NCRs, lead failure investigations, and perform supply chain risk analysis.

Lead and oversee interconnected projects and project managers, set program strategy and objectives, manage schedules, budgets, risks, and resources, coordinate cross-departmental and customer communications, assess program performance and ROI, and prepare reports for program directors.

Support quality activities across design, development, testing, qualification, and production for space and defense projects. Assist Quality Director with QMS management and customer design reviews.

Support design-to-production transition with focus on producibility, process development, tooling and inspection gages, generating BOMs and work instructions, prototype builds, production support, and material/resource planning.

Manage procurement planning, inventory and data deliverables to support program execution. Coordinate milestones, review data for compliance, liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams, and report program progress while exercising independent judgment and negotiation skills.

Oversee financial and administrative operations, lead cost accounting and variance analysis, manage monthly close, cashflow, inventory and freight reconciliation, support budgeting/forecasting, optimize ERP/HRIS processes, and collaborate with operations to drive pricing, profitability, and business performance.
