Provide program-level technical oversight for aerospace flight-worthy structures and systems: drive technical planning and execution, decompose requirements, support system architecture and trade studies, develop test plans and verification artifacts, document compliance, and support interface, risk, and safety analyses to ensure systems meet regulatory and program requirements.

Support mechanical system development for aerospace and defense programs across concept, prototype, and full-scale development. Assist design verification testing, write and execute test plans and reports, collect and reduce data, support proposals and project performance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Manage cradle-to-grave administration of government and DoD contracts: review, draft, redline, negotiate agreements and subcontracts; ensure FAR/DFARS, export control, and compliance; maintain contract files; liaise with government contracting officers, primes, suppliers and internal teams; monitor performance, mitigate risks, and support cost/pricing reviews.

Drive manufacturability throughout product lifecycle: perform DFMA, establish and validate production processes, design fixtures/tools/inspection gages, lead production line setup, mentor junior engineers, coordinate material/resource planning, solve complex fabrication and assembly issues, and collaborate across engineering disciplines.

Develop and implement composite material and manufacturing process solutions to improve production efficiency and quality. Support shop-floor manufacturing, author and maintain M&P specifications and test reports, design and execute materials testing (DOE), troubleshoot non-conformances with Quality, support proposals and customer technical interactions, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead capture and proposal lifecycle from pre-solicitation through submission for RFIs/RFQs/RFPs/ROMs. Define strategy, manage proposal teams, ensure compliance with solicitation and FAR/DFARS, maintain CRM data, and optimize proposal processes to increase win probability.
