In this role, you will lead the enterprise integration function for acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and major cross-functional transformations. You will unify strategy, financial assumptions, operating-model decisions, and readiness across all corporate and functional teams to deliver disciplined execution, business continuity, risk mitigation, and sustained value creation.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the development of an enterprise integration playbook from diligence through post-integration review.
  • Builds a single enterprise integration plan with clear workstreams, sponsors, owners, milestones, risks, costs, synergies, and readiness criteria.
  • Partners with leaders across Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Programs, Technology, and site teams to align scope, operating-model assumptions, and integration planning.
  • Owns Day 1 and Day 30/60/90/100 enterprise integration planning, governance forums, decision logs, and executive reporting.
  • Drives timely resolution of cross-functional conflicts, readiness gaps, resource constraints, and operating-model decisions to ensure business continuity.
  • Coordinates financial, reporting, and control readiness in partnership with Finance, Legal, Internal Audit, and functional leaders.
  • Oversees operating-model, site, process, and technology integration sequencing based on business readiness, risk, and value.
  • Manages the enterprise value‑realization framework, validating benefits, identifying value leakage, and ensuring accountable reporting.
  • Establishes integration governance, decision rights, escalation paths, and cross-functional accountability mechanisms.
  • Builds and leads an enterprise integration office supported by functional leaders, subject‑matter experts, and external partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, operations, enterprise transformation, merger and acquisition (M\&A) integration, or related leadership roles.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional integrations, restructurings, or operating‑model changes with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong financial acumen, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, acquisition economics, controls, and value realization.
  • Experience coordinating financial, operational, people, legal, technology, and compliance workstreams across multiple entities or sites.
  • Working knowledge of public-company governance, audit, internal controls, and regulated operating environments.
  • Strong executive communication, facilitation, problem‑solving, and decision‑ready issue framing.
  • Ability to operate effectively in sensitive, fast‑moving environments with incomplete information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with acquisition diligence, post‑merger integration, divestitures, transition service agreements (TSAs), restructuring, or value‑realization programs.
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, precision manufacturing, engineered products, government contracting, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with ASC 805 business combinations, ASC 606 revenue recognition, project or contract accounting, estimates at completion, SOX, CMMC, controlled unclassified information (CUI), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), or export controls.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or other relevant advanced credential.
  • Experience integrating international entities, multi‑company operations, shared services, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, or distributed environments.

This position requires U.S. person status under U.S. export control laws, including U.S. citizens and nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees.
