Processes payments, payoff requests, account maintenance, loan closings, fundings, floor plan transactions, and customer inquiries. Conducts account research, supports credit and compliance-related tasks, manages post-closing exceptions, and maintains accurate documentation. The role also handles clerical duties, communications, document scanning, filing, and special projects while coordinating between lending staff, customers, and operations teams.
