Manage development and delivery of college-wide R3 training, create eLearning and job aids, lead a team of analysts and developers, coordinate vendor knowledge transfer, schedule business process walkthroughs and SIS training, and support student portal resources to ensure adoption of the new Student Information System.

Lead and manage creative technology resources for academic programs, including planning, procurement, deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of labs and production spaces. Responsibilities include Apex and LWC development, Flows, integrations, data management, platform administration, governance, Copado DevOps, stakeholder analysis, testing, deployment, and user enablement to support Education Cloud and enterprise solutions.

Develop curriculum, lab exercises, and assessments for an Electronics and Embedded Systems Development graduate certificate. Collaborate with Learning and Teaching Services and the Academic Chair to create theory, hands-on projects, and evaluations across six embedded systems courses. Support student success and may be considered for future teaching roles.
