Oversee the College's accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. Manage month-end/year-end close, bank reconciliations, audits, Banner GL administration, and prepare reports for leadership and boards. Supervise Assistant Director and support CFO on budgeting and financial compliance.

Provide on-site academic and holistic support to incarcerated students, manage enrollment and matriculation, serve as primary academic advisor and liaison with partner facilities, coordinate course scheduling and documentation, plan program events, support enrollment management and grant activities, and use campus systems (Banner, DegreeWorks, OnBase) to manage data and administration.
