Manage day-to-day administration and compliance of MaineHousing's multifamily loan portfolio; supervise and develop staff; coordinate interagency workflow; design programs and training; oversee troubled asset resolution, REO, escrows, insurance, and regulatory reporting for LIHTC, HUD, HOME and related programs; represent Asset Management on committees and special projects.

Collect, analyze, and present housing data to inform MaineHousing programs. Develop and maintain dashboards, databases, and public data sets; support data governance, program evaluation, survey analysis, and requests from external stakeholders. Provide analytical support, improve data collection systems, and assist with process improvements and program software adoption.

Performs and manages accounts payable, cash disbursements and receipts, invoice auditing, PO and expense report processing, monthly AP closings and reconciliations. Maintains W-9/1099 records, prepares audit schedules and documentation, handles bank deposits, and supports other accountants while developing procedures and participating in onboarding.

Lead MaineHousing's finance functions including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, cash management, loan servicing accounting, audits, tax filings, and internal controls. Supervise and develop finance staff, present financial results to leadership and the Board, manage external relationships, and support loan committee decisions and troubled-asset workouts.

Serve as primary consumer contact and provide administrative support for homeownership: process mail and original notes, monitor loan pipeline and eDocs, perform data entry and quality control, prepare invoices and purchase orders, attend meetings, take minutes, conduct rate surveys, and represent MaineHousing at outreach events.

Review and approve HUD rent subsidy payments; manage portability and repayment agreements; set up landlord records; generate HUD reports; perform quality control of tenant certifications; administer MyHousing landlord portal; respond to landlord/tenant inquiries; assist auditors; update financial forms, procedures, and manuals; ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead IT strategy, operations, security, and staff for MaineHousing. Oversee IT projects, ITSM-based support, disaster recovery, procurement/RFPs, data stewardship, and information security policies and training.
