Design intuitive product solutions across the full development lifecycle, from concept through delivery. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, hardware teams, and other cross-functional partners to understand customer needs, develop interaction and visual designs, prototype in Figma, document design handoffs, validate implementations, and manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.

Develop and optimize scalable backend systems and AI applications, including LLM, GPT, and RAG solutions. Support software project planning, architecture, cross-functional collaboration, deployments, infrastructure, testing, and process improvements. The role requires expertise in TypeScript, Golang, microservices, cloud infrastructure, databases, containerization, DevOps, machine learning frameworks, model optimization, vector databases, and LLM inference stacks.

Build and ship full-stack product features from concept through deployment. Partner with product managers and designers, translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions, make architecture decisions, collaborate cross-functionally, and improve features using data and feedback. Support deployments, system performance, testing, monitoring, and development efficiency while owning work across the full product lifecycle.

Develop and enhance application features, services, and APIs for a predictive maintenance and CMMS platform. Responsibilities include improving application quality, performance, security, stability, scalability, and reliability; designing server-side logic, APIs, and database schemas; implementing state management; and adopting relevant technologies and development best practices.

Support development of web and mobile applications, APIs, automation tools, and AI/ML integrations. Write, test, review, and document maintainable code; troubleshoot issues; optimize performance in cloud environments; assist with model deployment and validation; and collaborate with hardware, firmware, and product teams under mentorship.

Manage manufacturing maintenance customer projects, supporting CBM and CMMS initiatives to ensure ROI, satisfaction, and account expansion. Coordinate resources, lead implementations, perform onsite kick-offs and training, and drive continuous improvement and relationship growth.

Design, implement, and secure scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and OCI; manage CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Kubernetes and ECS clusters (including GPU workloads); integrate observability (Datadog, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Sentry); enforce security and compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001); handle DevOps/SRE intake, vulnerability response, and migrations from EKS to OKE.

Provide strategic corporate legal counsel across governance, fundraising, commercial transactions, employment, and cross-border matters. Draft, review, and negotiate high-value contracts, investor materials, and employment agreements. Support due diligence, capital raises, investor relations, and deal structuring while collaborating with Finance, Sales, People, and Operations to mitigate legal and financial risk.
