Provide on-site administrative and records support for the Personnel Reliability Program (PRP) at Marine Corps Security Force Battalion. Duties include database entry, records management, training tracking, correspondence routing, medical record coordination, office/customer service, and support for inspections, program reviews, and PRP Certifying Officials.

Interpret HHS/CDC travel policies, process travel authorizations and vouchers, create itineraries, manage conference approval requests, produce reports (CAS II, Concur), monitor travel projections and ULOs, and coordinate pre/post-travel approvals.

Provide foundational IT support for Navy information systems: install/configure hardware and software, troubleshoot user and network issues, assist with account provisioning/onboarding, monitor systems, maintain documentation, and follow DoD/Navy cybersecurity policies.

Support federal rulemaking by analyzing public comments, drafting and editing rulemaking documents and response-to-comment materials, and creating outreach/briefing materials to translate complex regulatory information for stakeholders.
