Lead delivery for WholeHome Media: own budgets, schedules, capacity, and quality across a portfolio of client video projects. Direct shoots, develop concepts and scripts, manage post-production standards, mentor producers and contractors, coordinate logistics, ensure on-time/on-budget delivery, and maintain client-facing communication while traveling frequently for location shoots.
