Provides documentation, writing, briefing, task-tracking, and meeting support for the USCG Offshore Patrol Cutter Program Office. Produces presentations, reports, meeting notes, POA&Ms, and program documentation; researches and consolidates data; coordinates with senior military and civilian staff; supports ceremonial and lessons-learned reporting.

Lead project definition and management for change management, communications, and performance programs. Maintain schedules, dashboards, risk logs, and portfolios; draft charters, facilitate teams, recommend corrective actions, and support strategic planning aligned with DHS and national priorities.

Lead end-to-end project management for USCIS programs using Agile and traditional PMBOK methodologies. Provide on-site Local TSM administration for the USCG OPC program at Austal USA: manage deficiency records, support dock/builder/acceptance trials, maintain deployable ETC database, develop trial card reports, coordinate TSM upgrades/testing with Navy/USCG, ensure ATO compliance, maintain Security+ certification, and report status to Project Manager and COR.

Support communication development, business analysis, and process improvement; map data workflows; provide SQL/VBA/Python data support; develop dashboards and reports; coordinate meetings and program communications.

Perform advanced analytics and predictive modeling to optimize USCIS field operations. Build dashboards, forecast workloads, track KPIs, conduct impact analyses, run deterministic and probabilistic models, support testing cycles, and advise on IT/AI enhancements to improve staffing and operational efficiency.

Develop and execute communications and change management strategies for USCIS/DHS, guiding stakeholder engagement, training, and phased deployments. Create public-facing and executive messaging, ensure Plain Language and Section 508 compliance, apply Prosci/Lean Agile/SAFe approaches, and use tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, and Mural to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Lead federal financial management projects supporting IAAs/IRWAs for USCG CG-835. Serve as contractor Key Personnel, manage a small analyst team, drive process improvement and agile adoption, optimize SharePoint/Power Platform workflows, produce status and strategic reports, and ensure compliance with federal financial policy and DHS/USCG requirements.
