Provide administrative support to HR and Payroll: act as first contact for staff, maintain records, assist hiring/orientation, support recruitment and benefits administration, liaise with departments, and ensure confidentiality and compliance.

Lead the regional center as CEO, ensuring strategic direction, operational excellence, fiscal stewardship, regulatory compliance, strong board partnership, community and government relations, workforce development, and high-quality person-centered services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Manage and implement vendor rate adjustments and DDS directives, liaise with Fiscal and external auditors, track audits and incentive program rates, maintain EVV portal, calculate wage/health-and-safety adjustments, and support vendor contract compliance and reporting.
