Staff Accountant responsible for maintaining general ledger accounts, preparing journal entries and financial reports, analyzing monthly and annual results, evaluating capital requests, tracking operating performance, supporting budgeting, explaining variances, and assisting with inventories. The role also provides accounting support to departments while following casino policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Work may include nights, weekends, holidays, and customer interaction in a fast-paced casino environment.

Collects, counts, and reconciles slot, poker, and table game drops; operates cash and coin counting equipment; completes worksheets and reports; follows cash-handling procedures and internal controls; reports discrepancies to Income Audit; works shifts in a 24-hour casino environment and attends required meetings.

Greet and assist casino guests and Rewards Club members, enroll patrons, apply approved comps, use ACSC player tracking, support promotions/events, train new hires, and maintain regulatory and service standards.
