Leads RavenTek’s federal services growth strategy, business development, capture management, public-sector sales operations, contract vehicle strategy, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation. Oversees federal opportunity identification, bid decisions, proposals, account expansion, teaming agreements, executive customer relationships, growth-team leadership, forecasting, and pursuit of large-scale government contracts across civilian, defense, and intelligence markets.

Engineer, deploy, administer, and optimize Aternity/APM solutions for an enterprise defense customer. Troubleshoot APM/NPM infrastructure, create dashboards/reports, support users, maintain SOPs and documentation, integrate with enterprise tools, ensure cybersecurity compliance, and provide lifecycle and multi-enclave (NIPR/SIPR) support.

Review and analyze complaints, allegations, and supporting records for legal and regulatory compliance. Perform legal research, draft memos and correspondence, maintain case files, communicate with stakeholders, and support quality assurance and program requirements while protecting sensitive information.

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain secure full stack applications and infrastructure across development, test, and production. Implement IaC, CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), Blue/Green deployments, cloud (AWS/Azure) support, automation, DevSecOps practices, and integrate automated security testing while collaborating with cybersecurity and operations teams in a mission-focused environment.
