Lead student affairs to promote student development, retention, wellness, and conduct. Oversee student support services, residence life, student conduct, crisis response, engagement, and wellness; supervise staff, develop strategy and policies, collaborate across campus, and participate in on-call emergency response.

Provide strategic leadership for Pfeiffer University's NCAA Division III athletics program: ensure NCAA and conference compliance, oversee hiring and evaluation of coaches and staff, manage budgets and fundraising, develop long-term plans for facilities and programs, coordinate recruitment/retention efforts, serve as primary spokesperson, and supervise daily athletic operations and event scheduling.
