Support brand marketing across multiple business units by developing and executing campaigns, enforcing brand standards, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and agencies, managing digital assets, tracking budgets and timelines, and ensuring brand consistency across properties and vendors.

Solicit and invite assigned casino players via phone, text, email and other channels to visit the resort, promote events/rooms and the Unity Rewards program, maintain accurate contact data, meet contact quotas, provide exceptional guest service, complete required paperwork, and comply with gaming licensure/background checks.

Lead cafe sales and marketing aligning with brand standards and P&L. Develop and execute marketing initiatives and sales strategies to grow traffic, manage budgets, collaborate cross-functionally, oversee team development, training, and guest satisfaction, and support events and retail/live-music promotion.

Coordinate and execute marketing programs to attract and retain mid- to high-limit casino guests. Support promotions, events, advertising, database/direct mail, social media, and player development. Create social and mobile content, assist with graphics and electronic signage, produce web and social reporting, coordinate cross-departmental marketing setup, handle guest issues, and ensure compliance with Illinois Gaming Regulations.

Manage end-to-end payroll and accounts payable functions, ensure compliance with payroll tax and union requirements, supervise AP operations, maintain vendor records, support month-end close, implement process improvements, and lead a high-performing team to ensure timely, accurate payroll and vendor payments.

Perform and review journal entries, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, maintain general ledger and fixed asset records, analyze financial data, assist with budgeting, supervise and train staff accountants, and support cross-departmental accounting coordination. Ensure documentation, inventory control, and compliance with gaming licensure background checks.

Investigate internal suspicious alerts and patron activity for online and retail sports-betting; perform AML due diligence, create SARs, respond to law enforcement and 314b requests, document audit trails, test procedures and systems for BSA/AML compliance, support regulatory audits, recommend process improvements, and assist compliance management and casino operations.
