Administer and support employee benefits programs, work with employees and third-party providers, manage enrollments and accounts, respond to benefits inquiries, maintain records and confidentiality, and assist with benefits-related documentation and department deadlines.

Lead public relations and development operations including event coordination, website and social media management, membership and donor databases, fundraising, government and public relations, marketing materials, and administrative support. Serve as liaison and Foundation Board coordinator and ensure regulatory compliance with OPWDD.

Prepare financial statements, budgets, reconciliations, and reports; manage general ledger, fixed assets, CIP projects, loan amortizations, tax filings, and support audits, CFR preparation, and variance analyses to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.
