Perform postdoctoral research to advance GridFM foundation models for electric power grids: extend capabilities to distribution networks, develop scalable graph-based ML models, expand training-data generation, create benchmarks, and evaluate, fine-tune, and deploy models with attention to uncertainty quantification, robustness, and large-scale GPU training.

Lead and manage procurement and subcontracts for Brookhaven National Laboratory, overseeing planning, solicitation, negotiation, award, and administration of large, complex contracts. Ensure FAR and regulatory compliance, perform cost/price analyses, manage vendor selection and performance, track customer-supplied property, streamline procurement processes, lead source selection committees, and supervise purchasing/subcontracts staff.

Design, test, and implement integrated hardware solutions (racks, instrumentation chassis, I/O enclosures) for controls and data acquisition at NSLS-II. Collaborate with scientists/engineers to define requirements, propose and execute hardware integration projects, develop drivers and control software layers, document designs and tests, and advise teams on best practices while maintaining electrical safety.

Provide strategic and operational leadership for the EIC Technical Division, overseeing engineering, design, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning, operations, and lifecycle management of accelerator systems; manage budgets, staffing, safety, quality, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project delivery and long-term operational readiness.

Lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians to design, integrate, and operate AC power systems, power-supply cables, cable trays, and rack plants for the EIC. Serve as Control Account Manager tracking schedule, cost, and earned-value metrics; manage fabrication, standards, quality control, documentation, and cross-disciplinary coordination. Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and project processes through design, procurement, installation, and commissioning support.

Design and validate mechanical components and systems for the Electron-Ion Collider using 3D CAD and FEA; prepare specs and SOWs; oversee procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing and installation; manage project plans, schedules, budgets; conduct design reviews and present results; collaborate with engineers, scientists, and technicians; provide engineering direction and reports.

Lead systems integration for the Electron-Ion Collider: develop and validate performance requirements, manage cross-system interfaces, coordinate technical reviews and meetings, support design reviews, and plan/assist installation and removal activities ensuring system-level traceability and safe implementation.
