GRCC maintains a pool of contingent workers for temporary, non-standard assignments across campus. Roles include short- and long-term projects, grant work, leave coverage, and cyclical needs. Assignments have defined hour and duration limits and benefits vary by weekly hours and assignment length.

Lead development, implementation, assessment, and operations of Study Away, Service Learning, and College-Sponsored Student Travel. Design high-impact experiential learning, manage program logistics, cultivate faculty and community partnerships, oversee budgets and data, ensure compliance (FERPA, travel policies, Clery), and promote participation through communications and events.
