Lead sales and distributor development across assigned channels for CHG product portfolio. Manage key retail accounts and a DSD distribution network, acquire new business, oversee brokers, execute trade spend, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive revenue, margin, and product innovation to meet short- and long-term growth targets.

Manage and grow strategic national restaurant accounts using consultative selling. Conduct menu analyses, business reviews, prospecting, and sample submissions. Lead QA incident responses, collaborate cross-functionally (R&D, Supply Chain, Legal, Procurement, Marketing), draft supply agreements/pricing proposals, and meet annual sales and profitability targets. Substantial travel (up to 40%) and territory-based remote work required.

Drive distributor and broker relationships, new business development, cross-functional execution, forecasting, and escalation resolution. Provide strategic direction, talent development, and field insights while ensuring reporting, market implementation, and achievement of annual operating plans.

Manage plant HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compliance (OSHA, HACCP, GMP), union relations, payroll support, safety and well-being programs, HR data/reporting, and workforce engagement to support plant operations and a safe, high-performance culture.

Lead category strategy and product lifecycle for convenience mixes across channels: market research, product development, commercialization, pricing, promotions, assortment, SKU rationalization, GS1 compliance, cross-functional collaboration, forecasting, and direct report management to drive category growth.

Lead the credit and accounts receivable team to manage credit limits, collections, cash application, invoicing, dispute resolution, and reporting. Partner with sales, customer service, IT, and finance to optimize order-to-cash, reduce bad debt, enforce credit policy, and drive continuous improvement while coaching staff and monitoring KPIs.

Lead demand planning across business areas by developing statistical and long-range forecasts, managing forecast analysts, supporting S&OP, identifying risks/opportunities, improving forecast accuracy and customer service, and aligning volume plans with financial objectives.
