Processes weekly and biweekly multi-state payrolls, including adjustments, bonuses, incentives, special payments, taxes, deductions, garnishments, and benefits. Maintains payroll records, prepares payments, reconciles results, responds to employee and stakeholder inquiries, and generates reports. Lead enterprise procurement for a $2B food manufacturer: set multi-year sourcing strategy, build category and indirect procurement capabilities, manage commodity risk and supplier partnerships, drive cost savings and EBITDA improvement, lead procurement digital transformation and analytics, ensure quality/food safety compliance, and develop a high-performing procurement team supporting 30+ sites.

Support development and execution of pricing strategies and lifecycle management. Deliver pricing and profitability insights using SQL, Python, Tableau and Excel. Automate reporting, manage contract pricing in SAP/XSPEC/PLM, analyze large datasets, lead cross-functional projects, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders to optimize margins, market share and pricing architecture.

Lead and develop a team of National Account Managers to grow C-store, assembler, QSR/FSR accounts (including Canada); create and execute customer programs, promotions, and custom-product commercialization; collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Finance and S&OP; manage contracts, budgets, pipeline and KPIs; hire and develop staff; and travel extensively to support national accounts.
