Staff Accountant responsible for accounting across real estate projects: prepare/post journal entries, support month/quarter-end close, reconcile ledgers and capital accounts, prepare financial statements and investor reports, manage cash and payments, support A/P and A/R, assist audits and tax, ensure GAAP compliance, and identify process improvements. Works onsite in Indianapolis.

Manage accounting for real estate projects from inception to completion, including journal entries, month/quarter close, job cost tracking, construction draws, cash management, AP/AR support, audit and tax preparation, financial reporting, budgeting, and process improvements while partnering with asset and property management teams.
