Provide administrative, deployment, transaction, and asset-management support across acquisitions and dispositions. Coordinate travel, RFPs, due diligence, closing deliverables, reporting, and document management using platforms like Yardi, Dealpath, and SAP Concur. Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and support process improvements.

Manage accounting for real estate projects from inception to completion, including journal entries, month/quarter close, job cost tracking, construction draws, cash management, AP/AR support, audit and tax preparation, financial reporting, budgeting, and process improvements while partnering with asset and property management teams.

Staff Accountant responsible for accounting across real estate projects: prepare/post journal entries, support month/quarter-end close, reconcile ledgers and capital accounts, prepare financial statements and investor reports, manage cash and payments, support A/P and A/R, assist audits and tax, ensure GAAP compliance, and identify process improvements.
