Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, respond to customer and online inquiries, follow up on leads and quotes, identify customer needs, recommend trailer products, and maintain lead information. Assist with Facebook, Instagram, Marketplace, and other marketing activities by creating basic content, product photos, videos, and promotions. Build customer relationships, support sales opportunities, and collaborate with management in a small, in-person team.
