Own Feathery's organic search strategy and execution for wealth management and insurance. Research keywords and buyer intent, write and publish high-quality SEO content (pillar pages, use-case pages, blog posts), optimize site structure and existing pages, and track rankings, traffic, and pipeline to drive conversion and growth.

Generate outbound pipeline through account research, prospecting, email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach. Qualify prospects, conduct discovery conversations, hold meetings and tailored demos, and communicate Feathery’s value proposition. Build outbound playbooks, experiment with messaging and channels, collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and leadership, and provide customer insights to improve positioning and product development.

Partner with sales, product, and engineering to design, scope, and implement complex customer workflows on the Feathery platform. Lead technical scoping, proofs-of-concept, demos, onboarding, and post-sales adoption. Provide best-practice guidance, build prototypes and documentation, surface product feedback, and help define solutions engineering processes and hiring as the team scales.

Lead full-cycle enterprise sales into insurance carriers: source and qualify opportunities, run discovery and tailored demos, navigate multi-stakeholder deals, close $100K–$1M+ ARR contracts, build outbound pipeline, attend industry events, and partner cross-functionally to shape product and go-to-market strategy.

Own and scale multi-channel demand generation programs to drive qualified pipeline for enterprise accounts. Plan and execute campaigns across paid, outbound, content, events, and partnerships; optimize funnel conversion; run experiments; build reporting; and align closely with Sales and Product Marketing to drive revenue.
