Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise Java and Angular applications supporting mission-critical systems. Build RESTful APIs, service integrations, database solutions, microservices, and containerized applications across cloud and on-premises Kubernetes environments. Participate in architecture and code reviews, troubleshooting, modernization initiatives, automated testing, CI/CD, documentation, and operational database support.

Analyzes complex technical designs and alternatives, develops engineering work products and standards aligned with ISO/IEC 15288, evaluates technologies, resolves advanced engineering issues, coordinates technical personnel, supports enterprise-level projects, and briefs stakeholders on technical status, risks, and recommendations. Requires an active TS/SCI clearance with appropriate polygraph.

Administer, maintain, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and UNIX/Linux systems and enterprise infrastructure. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, manage Active Directory, network services, virtualization, containers, automation, monitoring, patching, and system security. Resolve hardware and software issues, optimize performance, document incidents, and communicate escalations. The role supports secure national security environments and requires extensive system administration experience, a DoD IAT Level II certification, and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Support, administer, and secure Windows and Linux server environments; automate system administration; manage patching, compliance, and vulnerability remediation; administer networking (Cisco/Juniper/Arista) and directory services (AD/LDAP/Centrify); support Kubernetes/container environments; troubleshoot complex system and infrastructure issues; monitor performance and document configurations; communicate technical issues and escalations to stakeholders.

Provide frontline IT support: troubleshoot hardware, software, network and access issues; respond via phone/email/chat/ticketing; document and escalate incidents; maintain IT asset inventory and knowledge base; follow security policies and support mission-essential operations on a defined shift.

Apply software development and data analysis to cryptologic missions: aggregate and analyze large datasets, develop Python automation and Jupyter Notebooks, use Pandas and Big Data tools, support access discovery and XKS/DX workflows, build metrics, document methods, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver mission-focused solutions.

Support planning, coordination, and execution of offensive and defensive cyberspace operations. Translate mission objectives into operational cyber plans using JOPP/JOPP-C and JP 3-12, develop OPLANs/OPORDs/CONOPs and COAs, integrate DCO/OCO and DODIN operations, and collaborate with cyber operators and mission partners for synchronized joint cyberspace activities and mission execution.

Perform network traffic analysis and develop automated analytical workflows using Python and Jupyter Notebooks. Use tools like XKS, DX, and DEVNAV to create and refine fingerprints, build scripts and software to support mission objectives, document methods, and collaborate with technical teams to solve complex mission-focused problems.
