Performs timesheet, EVV, and payroll data entry for centralized branches. Processes corrections, audits and validates payroll information, maintains confidential employee files, and prepares payroll exports for gross-to-net processing in ADP Vantage. Ensures payroll deadlines, Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA requirements are met while supporting department projects and maintaining accurate, organized records.

Coordinates branch recruiting and hiring for home care staff, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, background checks, onboarding, orientation, employee file maintenance, and compliance audits. Develops recruiting strategies, supports staffing needs and revenue goals, maintains hiring documentation, and collaborates with agency and regional leadership. The role is full-time and onsite in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with Spanish bilingual skills preferred.

Builds relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources to promote home health and hospice services. Identifies business development opportunities, educates healthcare partners, coordinates partnership meetings, supports patient transitions, executes territory growth plans, and reports weekly activity and results. The role requires strong sales, communication, community outreach, and relationship-management skills, along with a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, assisted living and other referral sources to promote home health and hospice services. Identify referral opportunities, educate partners, coordinate transitions of care, collaborate with local clinical leaders, execute targeted outreach plans to grow census, and provide weekly activity and results reporting to leadership.

Lead and operationalize Talent Acquisition strategy by building processes, systems, SOPs, and documentation. Oversee TA Operations Specialists, drive process improvements, monitor KPIs, manage system implementations, troubleshoot vendor/system issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure scalable, compliant recruiting operations and an excellent candidate and hiring-manager experience. Support expansion across divisions and travel to site locations as needed.
