Design, integrate, and maintain tactical and strategic military communications networks (DISN/GIG). Automate infrastructure via IaC, create CI/CD pipelines, manage containerized workloads, implement DevSecOps and compliance (STIG/RMF), and improve reliability, observability, and operational support for analytics and AI/ML teams.

Lead technical design, review, and implementation of large-scale LAN/MAN/WAN networks and modernization projects; provide architecture, integration, virtualization and cloud guidance; evaluate technologies and migration strategies; coordinate with developers, implementers, and Army stakeholders; direct customer engagements and provide technical updates to the Product Manager.

Analyze and validate curriculum and program data across Navy systems, build reports, dashboards, and models (Power BI/Power Apps/OBIEE), perform comparative and impact analyses, deliver recommendations, train users, and support data-driven automation to improve program operations.
