Entry-level non-technical internship. Learns professional concepts, applies basic problem-solving to limited-scope tasks, follows standard procedures, receives general instruction, and develops working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and project leaders while performing routine assignments.

Two-year rotational program with four six-month rotations across testing & validation, electrical design, mechanical engineering, and application engineering. Perform hands-on electrical testing, support schematic/component selection, assist mechanical integration, handle customer technical inquiries, analyze data, and contribute to product/process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead development and execution of global sourcing and procurement strategy. Own supplier selection, performance, risk mitigation, contract negotiations, inventory strategy, and cross-functional alignment. Mentor procurement teams, standardize processes, and drive cost-reduction and capacity planning to support manufacturing and defense/aerospace customers.

Support and improve tube manufacturing processes by optimizing mill operations, driving Lean and SPC-based continuous improvement, troubleshooting equipment, supporting capital projects and new product launches, maintaining process documentation, and partnering with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Sales to improve quality, throughput, and reduce cost.

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles; maintain general ledger and reconciliations; prepare and review journal entries and financial reports; supervise accounting staff; ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls; support audits and regulatory reporting; drive process improvement and accounting automation; prepare management reporting and assist leadership on special projects.

Provide hands-on electrical control engineering support for manufacturing equipment: troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, drives, induction furnaces, temperature controls, instrumentation, and safety circuits. Lead maintenance electricians, improve reliability and uptime, support upgrades, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Lead cross-functional projects from specification to shipment, establish project plans, track milestones, coordinate reviews, manage risks and customer communication, oversee technical/procurement/compliance activities, and drive New Product Introduction (NPI/NPD) to completion.

Lead engineering teams for Motors business unit, drive new product development and NPI, improve product designs and manufacturing processes, implement strategic product vision, develop engineering leadership and project management standards, foster continuous learning, and support manufacturing with product design and cross-functional collaboration.
