Lead and oversee departmental training programs and a team of on-the-job trainers. Conduct needs assessments, hands-on and classroom training (including Forklift, Low Lift Hoist, LOTO), evaluate trainee performance, run regular evaluations and demonstrations of ability, coach trainers, and help develop training materials and videos to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, vendor relations, logistics, inventory optimization, ERP-driven inventory controls, supplier compliance, and multi-site team management to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost control.

Lead new product development projects for the FastenMaster division using OMG's Stage-Gate (PDR) process. Own scope, schedule, budget, risk register, and Voice of Customer translation. Manage cross-functional teams from concept through launch, facilitate gate reviews and change control, track KPIs and commercialization readiness, mentor junior PMs, and use generative AI tools responsibly for communication and analysis.

Participate in a 24-month rotational AI program across portfolio companies to identify AI opportunities, design and deploy AI agents, models, and dashboards, translate analytics for stakeholders, and develop scalable AI solutions leading to post-program AI or analytics roles.
