Drive group ticket sales by prospecting, cold calling, presenting, and closing group and premium ticket products. Use CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline, build client relationships, execute promotions, collaborate internally, and meet revenue targets while providing excellent customer service.

Support development and execution of fan engagement and promotional marketing programs (Kids Club, theme nights, loyalty, community events). Manage communications, campaign execution, asset trafficking, vendor fulfillment, project timelines, and reporting. Collaborate with creative, entertainment, and cross-functional teams; work nights, weekends, holidays, and game days as needed.
