Provide phone/email/chat/remote technical support for QubicaAMF products; troubleshoot hardware, OS, printers, networking, electrical/mechanical and POS issues; perform remote software installations, initiate warranty claims, document incidents, and collaborate with team. Occasional travel and onsite factory exposure required.

Handle inbound customer, distributor, and Bowlero inquiries by phone, email, and fax; process orders; sell Aftermarket products and upsell; onboard and promote eShop; collaborate with outside sales to develop leads and maintain customer relationships.
