Collects, cleans, and maintains institutional data in SQL Server; generates standard and ad-hoc reports; supports federal/state reporting (IPEDS, ADHE) and institutional surveys; collaborates with departments to ensure data accuracy and communicates findings to stakeholders.

Provide basic clerical and unskilled support in administrative offices including answering phones, typing and filing documents, operating office equipment, handling mail, greeting visitors, running errands, taking inventory, and assisting staff. Position limited to work-study students up to 20 hours weekly and requires Financial Aid approval and background checks.
