Lead and execute a comprehensive, data-driven fundraising strategy across individual giving, major gifts, corporate sponsorships, grants, planned giving, and events. Partner with the CEO, executive team, and Board to set priorities, coach stakeholders, manage development staff and CRM operations, and drive donor acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for new exhibits and programs.

Support creation and maintenance of graphics for education, fundraising, events, exhibits, and public experiences. Design for digital and print, follow brand guidelines, maintain high craft standards (typography, layout), assist in print production and installation, and collaborate with staff.

Lead accounting activities for a nonprofit including reconciliations, AR, revenue recognition, grant and event accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, audit coordination, payroll review, fixed assets, supervising a Senior Accountant, and improving accounting processes.
