Supports Napa RCD’s communications, digital marketing, social media, storytelling, community outreach, and event coordination. Responsibilities include creating bilingual content, managing newsletters and website updates, coordinating events and registrations, engaging diverse audiences, facilitating workshops, maintaining contact records, and tracking project deadlines. The role also provides administrative and project management support across conservation programs, with frequent local fieldwork, occasional evening and weekend events, and travel throughout Napa County.
