Lead a team of AI/ML, backend, and platform engineers building payment-routing optimization and LLM-powered products. Guide ML lifecycle and AI workflow architecture, oversee low-latency inference services, and maintain AWS, CI/CD, observability, and PCI-DSS standards. Own delivery planning, technical quality, hiring, coaching, and team development while partnering with product, operations, modeling leadership, and executives.

Build and maintain payment connectors and web/mobile applications, collaborate with designers and developers, implement new features, troubleshoot and optimize existing systems, adopt new technologies, and deliver high-quality solutions within an Agile team focused on ecommerce and payments integrations.

Build and manage DEUNA’s US payments partner ecosystem, including PSPs, acquirers, gateways, card networks, APMs, fraud vendors, and technology partners. Responsibilities include recruiting partners, negotiating agreements, developing co-selling and go-to-market motions, driving partner-sourced revenue, coordinating integrations, managing QBRs and enablement, tracking KPIs, and representing the company at industry events.

Drive new enterprise revenue for DEUNA’s payments and AI platform across the U.S. Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close, while developing account strategies, managing complex multi-stakeholder opportunities, maintaining CRM pipeline forecasts, and exceeding quotas. Sell payment orchestration, checkout optimization, fraud reduction, and related solutions to retailers, marketplaces, and e-commerce companies. Collaborate with marketing, product, solutions engineering, and customer success teams.

Drive new enterprise revenue across the travel sector, including airlines, OTAs, hospitality groups, and travel marketplaces. Own the full consultative sales cycle, develop executive-level relationships, manage pipelines and forecasts, achieve quotas, and expand existing accounts. Position DEUNA’s payments platform around payment orchestration, cross-border processing, fraud reduction, approval-rate optimization, alternative payment methods, and checkout conversion. Collaborate with marketing, product, solutions engineering, and customer success to close and onboard strategic clients.

Lead strategic, cross-functional projects for enterprise U.S. accounts, managing plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, governance, stakeholder alignment, executive reporting, and escalations. Coordinate Customer Success, Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Technology teams from planning through stabilization and post-project review. Drive accountability and decision-making without direct authority while ensuring customer and business objectives remain aligned.

Lead and scale client integration operations for a payments platform: manage integration team, oversee end-to-end onboarding, define API and data-handling best practices, collaborate with product/engineering/sales, ensure secure compliant integrations, and optimize processes to drive client satisfaction and retention.
