Analyze and optimize warehouse workflows (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping). Develop engineered labor standards, perform time studies, model capacity, design layouts, support WMS configuration and automation evaluation, lead improvement projects, and provide KPI reporting and ROI analysis for fulfillment operations.

Manage day-to-day client communications and coordinate client services across operations (production, receiving, shipping, IT). Manage order printing and allocation, group like SKUs for efficiency, run replenishments for inventory and warehouse, support operations with allocation triage, implement CPM processes, and assist picking/packing during low volume.

Supervise and optimize all warehouse operations including receiving, pick/pack, shipping, returns, and staffing. Plan strategically, enforce policies and safety, manage inbound/outbound transportation, monitor performance, coach staff, ensure SLA compliance, and support operations manager to improve productivity and resolve operational issues.
