Supervise regional commercial lines underwriting to ensure profitable growth and policy compliance. Oversee application/renewal decisions, train and monitor underwriting, loss control, and audit staff, perform quality audits, support agent education, coordinate workflow across departments, manage agency relations, and enforce company policies.

Support design, development, and maintenance of web and cloud applications using Node.js, React, Java, and AWS. Contribute to APIs, integrations with Guidewire Cloud (Gosu/Jutro), data integration, testing, CI/CD, and troubleshooting while learning coding standards and earning Guidewire certification.

Perform month-end accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and prepare financial, regulatory, premium tax, reinsurance, investment, fixed asset, and unclaimed property reports and filings. Reconcile data across Guidewire, AS400, Paycom, NEAM, and bank systems; support audits and regulatory filings.
