Join an equity research team to analyze publicly traded companies, build and update financial models, gather proprietary market and industry data, develop industry relationships, attend events, produce written research reports, and support internal sales distribution.

Support the internal market research sales team with administrative and operational tasks: coordinate calendars and meetings, manage customer databases, execute CRM reports, handle inbound inquiries, assist account management and contract renewals, support event marketing and communications, perform prospect research, and collect customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Provide administrative support to sales and management teams including calendar management, travel coordination, note distribution, event logistics, office upkeep, and email readership tracking. Support company events, manage entitlements and tickets, and assist with phone coverage and firmwide services while maintaining confidentiality and cross-team collaboration.
