The HRIS Analyst maintains employee and organizational data integrity, conducts audits, resolves discrepancies, and develops HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics. The role supports data governance, compliance reporting, HR system enhancements, implementations, upgrades, and migrations. It partners with HR and business leaders to provide data-driven solutions, improve reporting processes, assist users with HR systems, and protect confidential information.

Supports daily accounting operations by preparing journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close activities, financial reports, variance analyses, and audit documentation. The role maintains accurate records, assists with accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and fixed assets, ensures GAAP compliance, researches discrepancies, and recommends process improvements. This is a hybrid position requiring collaboration across departments and strong attention to detail.
