Manage end-to-end accounts receivable: generate invoices, apply cash receipts, reconcile AR subledger to GL, resolve billing disputes, perform collections to minimize DSO, support month-end close, prepare AR metrics, and recommend process improvements while collaborating with Sales and Operations.

Lead design, implementation, and operation of an Oracle-first accounting control environment. Embed ITGCs and automated controls across ERP, EPM, and treasury systems; stabilize ERP go-live; monitor P2P, R2R, inventory, fixed assets, and intercompany controls; manage access and configuration governance; remediate SOD conflicts and control deficiencies; support SOX/PCAOB audits; build RCMs and documentation; drive control automation and stakeholder training.

Build and scale cybersecurity GRC across IT and OT: identify and manage risks, design and maintain control frameworks, support audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001), manage third-party risk, and drive control adoption and reporting to leadership.

Support demand, supply, and inventory planning through data analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. Maintain planning models and tools, prepare reports and dashboards, participate in S&OP, recommend replenishment and capacity adjustments, perform scenario and risk analysis, and drive process improvements to optimize service levels and operations.

Partners with leaders and employees to investigate and resolve workplace issues, advise on performance management and compliance, develop corrective/preventative plans and training, maintain confidential investigation documentation, support engagement initiatives, and ensure consistent application of employment laws and company policies.

Support development and optimization of knowledge management practices: capture, organize, and maintain knowledge assets; administer KM systems; promote knowledge sharing, training, and cross-functional collaboration; monitor usage and improve content access.
